Dr Bhalla has special interest in ophthalmology, mental health, cosmetic medicine, work cover and weight loss and body contouring. He has over 10 years of hospital experience from the leading public and private hospitals in NSW. He offers a holistic approach to patient care and patient education.

His clinical interests include GP registrar and medical student teaching. He is also actively engaged in emergency medicine and urgent care management within the Gold Coast region.

Outside of medicine he enjoys astronomy, philosophy, competitive gaming (DOTA) and extreme sports such as underwater cave diving. He is also an avid kite surfer.
